The 16-year-old singer has shed an incredible 25 pounds in the past five months, and now she is looking better than ever.
Lauren has revealed that reducing her meal sizes were key to helping her shift some excess weight.
She told Us Weekly: ‘Changing my diet was the big thing. I had to learn correct portion control.’
The talent contest star initially tried a meal delivery service focusing on upping her protein intake while eating fewer carbohydrates.
And despite her success with her diet, and sporting her svelte new figure on the red carpet recently, Lauren still wants to lose another 10lbs.
Describing a typical day’s diet Lauren, who wears a size two, tells the magazine: ‘I eat an egg-white omelette for breakfast, shrimp and veggies for lunch and chicken with asparagus for dinner.’
